1. Core Blade Structure
a、Stepwise thickened shaft sections: Head section > Middle section > Handle section. After the blade is struck, it is held by the thick sections to prevent sliding towards the hand.

1. Pipe material preparation
Unwelded cold drawing: Reject welded seamless pipes and ensure the entire pipe has no weak points.
Thickened pipe wall: The wall thickness of the head section ≥ 2.5mm, the middle section ≥ 2.0mm, and the handle section ≥ 2.5mm.
2. Heat treatment (core)
Overall quenching + tempering: For 4140 steel, heat to 850℃ and quench in oil, then temper at 500℃ to balance hardness and toughness, preventing brittle fracture.
Local strengthening: Secondary quenching of the head section and guard position to enhance impact resistance.
3. Precision processing
Numerical control turning: The tolerance of the joint fit is ±0.02mm, the extension is smooth and the locking is tight.
Engraving / Anti-slip pattern: The depth of the handle engraving is 0.5–0.8mm to enhance grip.
Guard hand welding / riveting: High-strength alloy welding, 360° rotation without jamming.
4. Quality inspection
Impact resistance test: Can withstand ≥ 8000N pressure, and remain undamaged after 150 consecutive guard positions.
Extension life: ≥ 10,000 extensions, the lock does not loosen and the extension and retraction are smooth.
Drop hammer / crushing test: 1-meter free fall, still usable after being crushed by a car.
